The most UNinspiring lunch ever.
Cold rice fried with celery and chicken.
But it cooks in 10mins. Perfect for sick moms with no time to eat.
I like the way this fills up the frame!

Eeewww.. first and foremost, I hate celery! Makes me puke. Now cold rice?! Gross me out! Haha. You're right, the most UNinspiring lunch ever.

@Bron: Actually fried rice is cooked best with rice that had been fridged overnight... definitely not cold anymore after frying. haha.. Thanks Bron!
I dont mind celery..but it has be thoroughly cooked! And yes, for busy people, whatever goes!
I miss my mom's fried rice.

I don't know, looks pretty tasty to me. Of course, I have to go weigh in and am currently starving, so even my own arm looks good right now... :) But it's a great macro of the food!
